Ava

Ava is a veterinary receptionist and animals have been her passion for as long as she can remember! She grew up around many pets, including cats, dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs. Before joining Hawthorn Vet in 2026, she spent 3 years dog-walking whilst completing high-school, gaining valuable experience into animal handling. She is in her second year of Veterinary Science studies at the University of Adelaide, and enjoys supporting clients and patients in the clinic! In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering at a local wildlife hospital, going on walks with her sausage dog, and spending time with my friends and family. She is looking forward to meeting you and your pets!
